Hartzler Lumber Co. is committed to providing quality building materials to our customers at fair prices. It is also our goal to continue learning about our industry as it grows, so that we can pass that information on to our customers for their use.

Hartzler Lumber Co. has been a member of the Ohio Lumbermens Association (OLA) for many years. We are also a contributor to, and member of the Temperate Forest Foundation, an organization dedicated to education and promoting awareness of modern forestry practices in our country. In 1998 we were pleased to be able to send an elementary school teacher from our school district on a trip to Louisiana to visit a modern lumber manufacturing facility, as well as a forestry tour in the area. We are proud to promote education concerning modern forestry techniques, including recycling and utilizing previously unusable parts of trees (chips, sawdust, etc.) Videos are available at our company on a "borrow it" basis for your viewing if you are interested.
